10 Dorrit Lane Mellons Bay, Manukau City

Very tidy studio bedsit with bathroom and kitchenette (no oven), the unit is elevated atop the garage for the main house. The unit is slightly bigger then a double garage in its foot print. The property is also up a bit of a hill so not suitable for those who might struggle up a hill.
Rent includes water and power.
Microwave and small fridge included.
Would suit single person.
